姚永刚

姚永刚,1975年10月出生,博士,研究员。1997年毕业于安徽师范大学生物系,2003年于中国科学院昆明动物研究所获博士学位,2003年2月-2004年9月在约翰霍普金斯大学医学院从事博士后研究工作,2004年10月-2008年1月在美国国家健康研究院心脏、肺、血液研究所从事博士后研究工作。2007年12月回昆明动物研究所工作,担任疾病机理遗传学与进化医学团队负责人。2010年3月-2012年2月任昆明动物研究所所长助理,2012年3月-2014年7月任昆明动物研究所副所长(主持工作),2014年7月至今任昆明动物研究所所长。获得奖项及荣誉称号包括:国家自然科学奖二等奖(第二获奖人)、云南省有突出贡献优秀专业技术人才奖、朱李月华优秀教师奖等。2009年获得云南省高端科技人才计划和国家杰出青年基金资助,现主要承担中科院战略性科技专项(B类)(子课题负责人)和基金委重点与面上项目。

    主要研究方向及内容

    利用我国脑疾病样本资源和大规模组学分析手段,对阿尔茨海默病、精神分裂症等神经精神疾病的遗传易感性进行解析,从微观、介观、宏观3个层次深入开展细胞与动物实验,鉴定和脑疾病相关的致病基因与突变,揭示脑疾病的致病机理,建立致病基因突变、生物学标记、影像指标等的关联,用于指导临床早期诊断、遗传咨询、药物靶标发现与干预。

    同时,致力于树鼩实验动物化和生物学研究及动物模型创建。
