许执恒

许执恒,1966年4月生,博士,研究员。现任中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所分子发育生物学国家重点实验室副主任。1989年获上海第二军医大学医学学士学位;1999年获美国新泽西 Rutgers大学博士学位;1999-2005在美国哥伦比亚大学神经生物学和精神病中心从事博士后及高级研究助理工作。2005年回国任中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所分子发育中心研究员。2007年获得国家杰出青年科学基金资助,2019年作为负责人获基金委创新群体基金资助。先后荣获中科院优秀导师奖(2019),朱李月华优秀教师奖(2017),益海嘉里优秀教师奖(2016)。

    主要研究方向及内容

    1.大脑神经发育过程中的信号转导机制利用本课题组在信号转导通路方面的优势,结合基因操作小鼠模式动物,争取在阐明不同的信号通路在大脑发育中的作用,以及重要疾病发生的分子机制方面有所突破。相关研究将为疾病的预防和治疗提供理论依据,同时为个体正常发育的分子机理提供新见解。

    2.利用模式动物研究人类重大神经精神疾病 

    通过建立和利用基因操作小鼠模型,研究小颅畸形、精神分裂症、自闭症和神经退行性疾病的发病机制。
