吴南健
吴南健,1961年2月生, 博士,研究员。现任中国科学院半导体研究所、半导体超晶格国家重点实验室高速图像传感及信息处理课题组组长。1982年获黑龙江大学物理系学士学位;1985年获吉林大学电子工程系硕士学位;1992年获日本国立电气通信大学电子工程系博士学位;1992年-1998年任日本国立北海大大学工学部助理教授;1998年-2000年任电气通信大学电子工程系副教授。2000年回国任中国科学院半导体研究所研究员。享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家,获中国电子学会电子信息科学技术奖二等奖,朱李月华优秀教师奖(2015)。
主要研究方向及内容
主要从事人工智能视觉片上系统芯片设计研究,包括:1)仿视网膜单光子敏感图像传感器、高速图像传感器和飞行时间型三维成像图像传感器设计研究;2)仿视皮层异构多级并行视觉处理器、深度学习视觉处理器和视觉片上系统芯片设计研究;3)面向人工智能视觉片上系统芯片的高效计算视觉处理算法和深度学习算法研究;4)边缘计算场景下人工智能视觉片上系统芯片的应用。
