蔡时青

蔡时青,中科院上海植物生理生态研究所博士,美国新泽西州立(Rutgers)大学博士后。2009年回国担任中国科学院脑科学和智能技术卓越创新中心离子通道调控研究组组长。

    主要研究方向及内容

    研究方向主要包括: 1)健康衰老的分子生物学机制研究。早期研究发现一些长寿途径虽然可以延长寿命,但并不能延缓年老动物的神经递质减少和相应的行为退化(Yin et. al. Journal of Neuroscience,2014)。之后他们以神经递质系统在衰老中的变化为衰老的标记,通过分析个体之间衰老速度差异的遗传基础,发现了一条新的胶质细胞-神经元信号通路调控衰老速度(Yin et. al. Nature 2017); 通过全基因组筛选发现新的抗衰老靶标基因,阐明了认知衰老的调控机制 (Yuan et. al. 2020)。2)离子通道功能调控机制研究。研究组利用线虫模式动物和哺乳动物细胞系,结合遗传学、生物化学、电生理等手段系统性地研究钾离子通道的表达和运输机制(Li et. al. Mol cell, 2017;Chen et. al.  J neurosci, 2015;Bai et. al. J gen physiol, 2018);通过构建线虫离子通道疾病动物模型,通过小分子化合物筛选寻找促进蛋白运输、上膜的化学物,致力于离子通道致病突变体的功能纠正及其机制研究(Jiang et. al. Nat Commun, 2018)。
