1962年出生，医学博士，教授，博士研究生导师，国务院特殊津贴专家，上海市领军人才。 现任复旦大学附属中山医院党委书记，复旦大学上海医学院神经病学系主任，上海徐汇区十六届人大常委。中华医学会神经病学分会常务委员、脑电图与癫痫学组副组长。中国抗癫痫协会常务理事。中国医师协会神经内科医师分会癫痫专科副主任委员。中国卒中学会常务理事、中国卒中学会脑血流与代谢分会主任委员。上海医学会神经内科专业委员会候任主任委员。上海市医师协会神经内科医师分会副会长。上海市康复医学会神经康复专业委员会主任委员。作为第一完成人获上海市科学技术进步二等奖、优秀发明选拔赛金奖。发明及实用新型专利四项。担任《Nature reviews neurology 中文版》、《Epilepsia 中文版》《中国临床神经科学》副主编，以及《中华神经科杂志》等多本杂志编委。主要研究方向及内容
难治性癫痫的发病机制及干预研究：采用脑电及影像新技术建立寻找致痫病灶新方案，研究癫痫共患病的机制及诊疗手段，探索针对新机制的治疗方案及临床应用。
人工智能技术临床应用：采用智能技术对神经系统疾病体征进行定量化检测，并进行队列及随机对照研究进行验证，致力于智能技术的推广应用。
神经康复：融合脑功能与分子成像新技术，脑电图新技术解决脑重大疾病的临床康复关键问题。
